Flats4Rent Apartment - Verona

The value for money at this apartment was excellent and the room itself was spacious, clean, and quiet. The location was perfect, with easy access to the old town and great cafes and restaurants nearby. The staff, particularly Julia and the restaurant manager, provided really good service and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The breakfast offerings could have been improved with more variety or options.

The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and the apartment itself was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The location was perfect, as it was central but on a quiet street, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The air conditioning worked well in every room, and the little extras like biscuits and coffee were a nice touch. The folder of information on sightseeing and restaurant recommendations was extremely helpful, and Martha and her team were incredibly hospitable, even allowing us to leave our luggage in the apartment after check-out. a true gem in a beautiful city.

temperamental front gate lock

I had the whole apartment to myself, with a seating area and a dining area. The kitchenette was fully equipped. Convenient location near a river and a garden. Quite fancy!

Oh, just the fact that I had to be present for check-in, as if I could be in two places at once. So inconvenient!

The apartment offers large rooms, comfortable beds, and clean bathrooms with great water pressure. Guests appreciate the helpful service, with hosts providing maps and restaurant recommendations. Additionally, the apartment is equipped with amenities such as air conditioning and complimentary toiletries.

Some guests had to take out their own garbage when leaving, which can be a hassle with luggage.

Great location close to amazing restaurants and the old town. The apartment was larger than expected with excellent facilities. The air-conditioning worked well and the parking outside was convenient for unloading. The shower was excellent and the beds were very comfortable. The fast WiFi and warm apartment were definitely a plus during our Easter stay. The little extra touches like biscuits and coffee, as well as the helpful folder with sightseeing and restaurant recommendations, made our stay even more enjoyable.

The WiFi occasionally had weak signals and there were two different codes for different parts of the apartment. Also, beware of mosquitos in the area, as we got quite a few bites during our stay.
